As part of our ongoing initiatives to improve our services and delivery times, we are optimizing our internal processes under one sales company. This restructuring of Pfeiffer Vacuum, Inc. and Nor-Cal Products, Inc. dba Pfeiffer Vacuum Valves & Engineering, both part of the Busch Group, aims to streamline our regional operations and improve efficiency.    

Beginning January 31, 2025, all new purchase orders, regardless of Pfeiffer or Nor-Cal Products, will be processed under Pfeiffer Vacuum, Inc. and should be submitted to orders@pfeiffer-vacuum.com. This change will help us create a resilient support system for both our sales force and customers, ensuring timely, reliable communication and a more efficient workflow.
